 Conservation is a most crucial part of saving the wild life as an example 361 elephant has lost their life only for 2019.Authorities need to supports conservations programs. Red Vented Bulbul

                        

Red vented Bulbul is resident breeder in the Indian sub-continent. This wonderful creature is included in the World’s 100 Worst Invasive Allen species. Bulbul has a short crest in his head which is use mostly use to identify this creature.

Adult birds are more attractive to the sex than young birds. Red vented Bulbul is commonly see on the cultivated and open lands.  The Bulbul’s Egg will be hatched after 14 days. Heavy rains and Predators are the mainly effect to increase the mortality of this wonderful creatures. They build their nest in a bushes and occasionally inside the house and the breeding period is June to September.  Nest is a small flat cup and it was build using dry twigs and the spider webs.

When blogger received the menu he unable to choose the one food item in first instance and after seeing and segregating the many times, writer decided to go with the Pork fried rice. Pork fried rice include the below items

•        Fried rice
•        Sweet and Sour Pork

Fried rice is the main dish and it contain the Basmati rice, Scrambled egg, Vegetables and little bit of peer to add little pit spicy to rice. Based on author knowledge Fried rice is delicious but the portion of rice is not enough to the adult. Energy, Carbohydrate, Fat and Iron are the main Nutrition parts include in the Fried rice.

 

Sweet and sour pork is also include the lot of fat but the most important this is that chef has not removed the fat in the meat so when the writer sense something different flavor.Carbs,Sugar and Fat are the main healthy factors include in the dish.

 

Hot buttered mushrooms are coated with the season flour coating. As pic show the hot butter Mushroom is little bit soggy but the taste is still in it.Main useful Nutrition’s are proteins and antioxidants. This dish is a low calorie source of Protein.

     

 Blogger sense the Freshness of the vegetable which is use for prepare the Vegetable chopsuey.Chopsey is rich of Magnesium. Nerve and the muscle functions are based on the Magnesium which are getting from the foods.

is located next top the Bellanwilla Rajamaha Viharaya.The walking path is going
around the Pillawa temple and Werag Ganga .Weras ganga park is open toi the
public on 2014.Sri lankan Navy and the 
Sri lankan  Army are the two
parties who carried out the construction work under the leadership of Gotabaya
Rajapakse who is the Secretary for the Urban Development Authority at that time.Boralesgamuwa
park is initialted by the Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development
Corporation based on the Study carried out with the JICA.

Weras Lake is perfect spot
for the cycling and jogging. Skating also common for the Bellanwila Park.
Author has visited the park during the night time and saw the calm and quite enviorment
inside the Weras Ganga park.

the Dunhinda. Due to the weekday and also night lounge is fully empty which
help to writer to relax his mind. The sound of the wind and the insects who has

These five birds are Bar headed Goose . They are freely move here and there. The reason for behind that
is park is not empty so no one is interrupt for them. In day time public use
these track so Goose’s not much move that’s why they are busy in the night time.

Bar headed goose is the one of the world highest flying bird.
This bird migrating over the Himalaya to South Asian parts to spend the winter.
Mostly they spend their winter time in the Barley, Rice and the wheat fields.
Reason for the goose spend the time in these field to feed them self. Bar headed
is weighs 1.87Kg to 3.2Kg and the total length is 71cm to 76cm.

statue is the Authors favorite one.Sri Lankan elephant is largely restricted to
the Dry zone of Northeast and the South east or Sri Lanka.As per the IUCN
Elephant population has declined 50% for last three decades and the reason is the
increasing of human and the elephant conflict. Writer hope to discuss these

zoologist Paul Peries Daraniyagala first discover the Sri lankan leopard on

in th wild.Mawuldeniya,Pitadeniya and Nallathaniya where the few Melanistic
