 Parippu Vadai is Crunchy snack which is more popular in the Sri Lanka and India too. Main ingredient is Dhal. Parippu Vadai and the Cup of Tea is a Famous combination. It contains 27g of Carbohydrate 10g of Dietary fibers and 9g of fat.

  Milk Rice-Milk Rice is a traditional food is made from the rice and it is an essential dish in Sri Lankan cuisine. String hoppers are made from the Rice flour salt and water.Indiyappayan is mainly served in the Breakfast and Dinner meal periods. Most of the Sri Lankan people serve Indiyappan along with the Curry such as potato, egg, fish or meat curry.
